Everything you share with us (including through your application, screening calls, emails, and post-date debriefs) will be used to provide and improve our matchmaking services, evaluate potential matches for you, communicate with you, and otherwise provide our curated dating service. We (and our service providers) may also handle personal information for things like processing payments, preventing fraud, and meeting our legal obligations.

We may do a quick check on some of what you've shared using search engines, public profiles, and other external sources. This is limited, occasional, and at our discretion -- it's not a background check or formal verification, and we make no guarantees that any person's information is accurate or has been verified. We'll generally raise any concerns we have with you directly.

To make introductions work, we share some of your personal information, like your first name and basic profile details, with potential and confirmed matches. Matches are required to keep your information confidential, but once it's been shared, please be aware that we cannot fully control how they handle it.

We work with third-party service providers such as data storage, analytics, payment processors, and software tools, to keep things running. Some of these providers are based outside of Canada, which means your information could be subject to the laws of other countries, including lawful requests from foreign authorities.

We have safeguards in place to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. Transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
